To put myself to sleep recently, I've been reading old diaries of mine. Which then prompted me to fish out my photos and put them into albums. Which in turn inspired me to read into the context of the photos - and I began to re read my diaryland entries in this diary tonight. I could barely read the entries, they were so bad, and embarrassing. I can't believe I wrote the way that I did, and the stuff that I did. I can't believe people actually read such immature self centred dribble. I only got up to the 27th June 01- and I only skim read most of those entries. I can't imagine writing like that anymore. Mind you, I don't write much at all lately (unless facebook status updates count?) I don't have the energy to sound entertaining (and boy, do those entries come across as 'trying' to entertain!) I don't know why I'm writing this now. I think it's just a bit of an apology entry - sorry to all those who endured those entries, you were all troopers to keep going. And rest assured, I did grow up.
